What does Papaya Web Services build?

Custom software, web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, AI-powered tools, branded websites, e-commerce stores, API integrations, and infrastructure setup. We also do brand identity, logo design, 3D renderings, CAD illustrations, server configuration, and home automation. Everything is built from scratch — no templates.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects take 2-8 weeks from kickoff to launch. A branded website might take 2-3 weeks. A full SaaS platform or CRM with custom integrations is typically 4-8 weeks. We move fast because we keep our team small and focused.

How does your pricing work?

All projects are priced on a per-project basis. We scope the work upfront, give you a flat rate, and stick to it. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. You know exactly what you're paying before we write a single line of code.

Who will be working on my project?

The same three people who built Leadzier, OpenClaw, and every other project in our portfolio: Nathan (founder & lead developer), Cole (designer), and Tanay (developer). No outsourcing, no subcontractors, no handoffs to junior staff.

What technologies do you use?

PHP (CodeIgniter), Node.js, Python, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and AWS on the backend. For AI we integrate OpenAI and Claude. Design tools include Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Canva, and CuraCut. Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare, cPanel, and custom server configurations.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Post-launch support and iteration are included in every project. We don't disappear after go-live. If something breaks or you need changes, we handle it. We also offer ongoing hosting and infrastructure management.
